At Horse Tack UK, we offer fast and reliable shipping. Our shipping rates are below.

Standard Delivery UK Mainland Next working Day ordered before 2pm Mon – Fri

FREE over £120, or £8.95

Standard Delivery British Highlands & Islands 2 Working Days Order before 2pm Mon – Fri £12.00

Standard Delivery Ireland & Northern Ireland 2 Working Days Order before 2pm Mon – Fri £18.00

Standard Delivery Europe 2-4 Working Days Order before 2pm (UK Time) Mon – Fri

£35.00  (Estimated Price only subject to size of shipment. Duties and Taxes to be paid by receiver).

Shipping policy

Standard Shipping for the UK is £8.95 for all orders up to the value of £120. 

Free Shipping is automatically applied if your order total exceeds £120.

Saturday Deliveries: Please contact us directly

International Deliveries: Overseas orders may be subject to customs duty charges when entering your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and these are to be paid by the receiver. 

Shipping to the US

Orders to the USA can take up to 10 working days for delivery. On average are parcels arrive sooner but customs can often cause delays.

The default charge to send orders is currently £79.99.

 

Click and Collect 

Click and collect is available free on all orders. Place your order and choose click and collect at checkout. In normal circumstances we would ask you to allow 24 hours before collecting - you will receive a notification when your order is ready. However it’s very possible we can have your order ready almost immediately. If this is required please contact us by telephone as well on 07468 516144/07849885826. Collection is from Stapleford Farmhouse, Durley, Southampton SO32 2BU.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Horse Tack UK. All items purchased from Horse Tack UK, ordered online or by phone or whilst visiting a trade stand may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original NEW condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase. Returns/exchanges are subject to exclusions and restrictions, for more details please see our returns policy.

Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not and wish to return and exchange for a different size or style, an alternative item or a refund, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need to receive the goods within a further 30 days of you notifying us that you will be returning them.

Items should be returned to us in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, receipt/invoice and returns form, we will then be happy to exchange or refund you with the product price. This does not affect your legal rights.

If you require a returns form, please contact us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods arriving with us, or within 14 days from us receiving proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier. You will be reimbursed via your original payment method.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.

All goods returned to us must be in a clean condition. Any goods that are deemed as too soiled to handle will be returned to you.

Our standard shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges.
